Friday, 12.31.2010 / 11:57 PM / News By Jay Levin - Nashville Predators Preds prospect Patrick Cehlin (2010 Entry Draft) scored the game-tying third goal with 8:17 remaining in regulation to force overtime as Team Sweden edged Team Canada in a shootout on Friday (6-5, 2-0 shootout conversions), the final game of Preliminary Round action at the 2011 World Junior Championships. With the win Team Sweden claimed first place in Pool B and earned a bye into the semifinals. Team Canada finished in second place in Pool B and will face Switzerland in the quarterfinals on Sunday.
Cehlin has three goals and five points in four games during the tournament, first on the team in points and tied for first in goals. He was also named Sweden's Player of the Game after the Tournament opener.
