Your commitment to development of Washington All Stars players during the spring for the Washington All Stars is unmatched. Successfully juggling the responsibility of leading 3 teams is not an easy task, but you managed to do it in style. In 2010, you became the first coach in Washington All Stars history to win AAA championships with two different birth year teams.
