Thursday with practice!
97 was first out and started a little slow but then they came running really well and had an intense and paced practice. It was many game drills today with hard forechekning and breakout.
96 also saw little tired out in the beginning but then they started well after a while. We trained much 3 versus 3 and it was hard clinch and nice goals.
In the evening I saw last 10 minutes of the Caps home match, when me and Alex started to watch it remaining 10 minutes of the game and the Caps were below with 2-1, but 2 goals by Semin made the Caps won 3-2.
Then Mike came home and we watched an half hour on 88 minutes with Al Pacino, but it felt like a b film in my eyes so I went home.
In the weekend both teams play home against NJ Avalanche in double sessions and it would be really nice with 8 points on Sunday Night!
